Hi guys,
I want to say thanks. I have just returned from 7 days in Calais & Dunkirk working with aid agencies. During this time one of the volunteers sliced a finger very deep (I’ve never seen so much blood), and there was much panic. Thanks to the training you guys have given me I was able to take control, calm the situation, stop the bleeding and dress the wound, as well as following up and re-cleaning and dressing the wound daily for 3 days following.
I personally felt a trip to hospital was needed initially but the chap refused and couldn’t be persuaded. However, on the 4th day the wound looked to be healing very well and he was hugely thankful for my help.
That’s largely thanks to you both! Thank you
